By default Shopify only captures the email address of subscribers, meaning everybody gets the same generic email.

What happens once I purchase this service
Following the purchase of this service, I will send a Shopify collaborator request using the store URL provided. This will allow me to access the code for your theme files.
I will then create a copy of your theme, before writing the necessary code into the copy version of your theme files.
Once I have completed and tested the new code, I will publish the copied theme, making the features available for you to use.
Will I need to do anything
I will require you to grant me access to your Shopify Theme settings (I will advise you on how to do this).
Finally once I have written the code into the copy theme, I will go ahead and sign up to the newsletter and ask you to check my customer record.
This is to ensure that the my first name has been captured along with my email address.
What parts of my site can you access as a collaborator
I will be able to access the 'Themes' settings within the Online store menu.
This is required so that I can access the theme code and implement the code updates.
To test the code is functioning correctly I will go ahead and sign up to the newsletter and ask you to check my customer record, ensuring that the my first name has been captured along with my email address
How do I remove your collaborator access once the work is completed
Once I have completed the work on your store, I will advise you how to remove the access that you have granted me.
You can always check the access I have by heading to 'Settings > Users and Permissions'. At the bottom of the page, you will see a list of collaborators that have access to your account.
